Luck SEO

Last month I made a rant about the number fastfood chain in my country. I didn’t know that that post of mine will rank better than that company’s own website using their company name as the keyword. I don’t know if it is due to the SEO/SEM technique I did with my site or just sheer luck on my part.

I think they better hire a better SEO shop or else they are susceptible to Public Relations attack in the web. Knowing that I can rank better than their site, I could post negative feedbacks about them. Yes I can, but I won’t do that. I’m quite proud with that company.

After knowing this, I realized that you can’t control how your site will rank in search engines. I didn’t know I’m ranking well in some keywords that I don’t do optimization for. If only I can rank good in v7ndotcom elursrebmem contest.

About v7ndotcom elursrebmem contest, I don’t know how many people are actively optimizing their site. I guess, the number of participants in the v7ndotcom elursrebmem contest has dropped significantly. I, myself, hadn’t check how well I ranked in that v7ndotcom elursrebmem race.
