First day in new job
Today, or rather, tonight, I’ll start my first day/night in my new job as a PHP programmer. Didn’t have much of an idea how the work will go but I’ll try my best to fit in the team. I always get along with teammates. That wouldn’t be so bad. Not unless they will provoke me first. I always have this tendency to stand by what I know is right. Sometimes even detrimental to my job. This I’ll do my best to calm down.
Anyway, my other source of online revenue seem to pick up. I hope they’ll pick up within the next month to augment what I will be earning from my new job. Yup, my first goal of the year – or was it this month? – was achieved. Increasing my online earnings will be my goal for next month. Thank god, I had more time to blog. I could attribute the increase to an increase in my postings as well as the quality of the posts.
I didn’t even know I had regular readers. I had the chance to check the number of RSS subscribers to my blog and it reported something far more than I expected. But I don’t expect them to really read. Most of this are, maybe, just aggregators. Oh well. As long as there are subscribers, I’m happy. One or another, they’ll get read eventually.
And oh, my other goal for the next month is to make my readers happy. Of course, that could be achieve by making quality posts. Quality post means I have to learn a lot about writing. And actually I did made improvements since I started blogging last year. My first posts are horrible. Ahh… SEO have it’s magic. It’s in the process of SEO and Copywriting that make me exert more effort as to marketing my site – in other words good writing. Now if only I can think of a killer topic…
